The weeks of August 8-11; 15-18 band camp will be from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (with the exception of the 18th, more information below). Please make sure you are on time! Plan ahead with setting multiple alarms, traffic tendencies, having friends call/text you, etc. If you are running late, let your section leaders know. The average schedule for a day of band camp will look something like this and can change due to weather. Water breaks will be mixed in throughout the day.

10:30 AM - Drill Rehearsal

Below is the schedule for the last week of band camp:

August 23 - Woodwind Uniform Fitting 2:00-3:00PM/Band Camp 3:00-7:00pm

August 24 - Brass Uniform Fitting 2:00-3:00PM/Band Camp 3:00-7:00pm

August 25 - Band Camp 2:00-6:30 PM/Parent Preview Performance 6:30-7:30 PM

August 26 - FIRST HOME GAME IN OUR NEW STADIUM! Report time 5:30 PM (Report time subject to change)

Here is an update on the last week of band camp for our uniform fittings. We will be doing the fittings on August 23 and 24 from 2:00-3:00 PM on both days. We will have woodwinds fitted on the 23rd and brass fitted on the 24th. Drumline will be fitted next week during drumline camp. If you cannot make the uniform fitting for your assigned day then let me know and we will move you to another day.

On August 9th we will have the marching band parents' meeting at 6:30 PM in the band room. Following that there is a spirit night at Gelati Celesti from 6:00 - 9:00 PM. 

August 17th is our spirit night at Noodles and Company from 4:00 - 8:00 PM. 

Our Pool Party is scheduled for August 18th following band camp that day. We will end rehearsal promptly at 5:00 PM so students can go enjoy the pool.

The parent preview performance will be at 6:30 PM in the new stadium! There will be a surprise family/friend involvement that students will find out about in the next few weeks.

Please make sure that you have the following for band camp:

- Printed music (Ballad and Closer coming)

- Water Bottles (We will supply the water but you must have your own bottle)

- Athletic Clothing (Shoes, shorts, shirts, etc.)

- Hats (the sun will be on your face)

- Sunglasses (the sun will be in your eyes)

- Sunscreen

- LUNCH! (You need to eat)

- Reeds (Woodwinds)

- Positive Attitude
